India’s minister for technology said

a multibillion-dollar chip venture between Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Foxconn Technology and resources conglomerate Vedanta ended due to “internal issues,” and expressed confidence in the country’s plans to seek a perch in the global semiconductor supply chain.
